Job Description
TruVet Specialty & Emergency Hospital is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Coordinator to keep our emergency department organised and responsive. This critical clinical leadership role involves coordinating patient flow from check-in through discharge, serving as the central communication hub for the ER team, leading STAT triages, conducting shift handoffs, managing treatment estimates, and ensuring discharge instructions are complete and clearly communicated to owners.
Pay Range: $32–$40/hour (Levels 3–4, determined by assessment during the interview process). RVT preferred but not required.

Qualifications
Veterinary or emergency hospital experience required. RVT preferred but not required. Must qualify at Levels 3–4 based on assessment during the interview process.
Required Skills
Patient flow coordination and triage management. Clinical leadership and delegation under pressure. Proficiency with practice management software (Instinct preferred). Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
