Job Description
TruVet Specialty & Emergency Hospital is seeking an RVT or experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our growing team delivering preventative care, same-day illness visits, and non-critical urgent cases. Responsibilities include assisting with examinations and procedures, running diagnostics, processing imaging, monitoring patients, administering treatments, communicating with clients, and maintaining accurate medical records.
Pay Range: $25–$37/hour.

Qualifications
RVT licence preferred but not required. Veterinary assistant candidates must have strong clinical experience in a veterinary hospital.
Required Skills
Blood draws, IV catheter placement, and laboratory diagnostics. Diagnostic imaging including radiographs. Patient monitoring and medication administration. Client communication and education. Accurate medical record documentation.
