Hi, my name is Hannah, and I am a Client Services Representative at TruVet. I bring a lifelong love for animals and years of hands-on animal care experience to every interaction at the front desk.
Personal Hobbies and Interests
Outside of work, I love horseback riding and training horses, line dancing, hiking, beach trips, kayaking, fishing, and rodeos. I also trained in mixed martial arts from ages 13 to 17. I share my life with my boyfriend and our two beloved dogs, Shasta and Remy.
Favorite Part of My Job
The most rewarding part of my job is getting to send animals home healthier and happier than when they arrived. Knowing I played even a small part in that outcome is something I treasure.
Why I Chose This Profession
Make sure your heart is strong and you have a true love for animals — that is the advice I would give anyone entering this field, and it is exactly what brought me here. I have loved animals my entire life, and working at TruVet gives me the opportunity to channel that love into something meaningful every day.
Education
I graduated from high school in 2023 and am currently pursuing a degree to become a dental hygienist. I have spent years working on horse ranches, caring for and nursing over 10 horses daily — experience that gave me a deep, practical foundation in animal care.
Professional Background
Though new to veterinary medicine, I bring years of real-world animal care experience and a genuine passion for the welfare of every patient. I take pride in being a welcoming, supportive presence for clients and their pets.
Work History
Before joining TruVet, I gained extensive hands-on experience caring for horses on ranches while also working as a sales associate. My passion for animals and commitment to learning made the transition into veterinary client services a natural next step.
