Hi, my name is Kassia Garcia, and I am a Technician at TruVet Specialty & Emergency Hospital. I am passionate about providing high-quality care and helping my patients feel comfortable and confident in their treatment.

Personal Hobbies and Interests

Outside of work, crochet and crafting keep my hands busy. At home, my crew includes Tater Tot, a French Bulldog, Hashbrown, a French Bulldog and Boston Terrier mix, and Cleo, a domestic shorthair cat.

Favorite Part of My Job

Being part of caring for pets is what I love most about this work. Kittens are far and away my favorite patients.

Education

My associate degree comes from De Anza Community College.

Work History

My veterinary career began with VIP Petcare, working vaccine clinics, followed by time at Banfield in general practice as both a veterinary assistant and a client service representative. Before finding my way into veterinary medicine, my work experience included nannying and a stint at a tow company.
