Personal Hobbies and Interests
Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my husband and two daughters — reading, heading to the beach, hiking through the redwoods, or enjoying a camping trip under the stars. At home I share life with Leelah, my pit bull; Dixie Fern and Penny, my two feisty calicos; and Gus Gus Alan, my fluffy domestic medium-hair cat.
Favorite Part of My Job
Knowing I play a vital role in the health and healing of every patient I touch is what inspires me most. Being part of a team that helps pets feel better and get back to the families who love them is something I consider a true honour and one of my proudest accomplishments.
Why I Chose This Profession
Leave your pride at the door, work hard, learn lots, give love, and have fun — that is the advice I would give anyone entering this field, and it is exactly how I approach my own career. I chose veterinary medicine because I wanted to do work that truly mattered, and every day at TruVet confirms that I made the right choice.
Education
I am a graduate of the SRJC Veterinary Technician Programme and am one exam away from earning my RVT licence. I have a special interest in dentistry and pet nutrition, often crafting personalised weight loss plans to help pets live their healthiest lives.

My extensive background in general practice, combined with my special interests in dentistry and pet nutrition, makes me a well-rounded member of TruVet's clinical team. I am dedicated to continuing education and hands-on care in everything I do.
Work History
I bring over 13 years of experience from two well-respected general practices right here in Sonoma County. Joining TruVet in July 2025 marked an exciting step into specialty and emergency care.
